  1. To conduct multidisciplinary consultancy, research, and community & social development services for national or international donor agencies, NGOs, governmental agencies, private businesses, and individuals, both locally and internationally.
  2. To perform technical, economic, and financial feasibility studies for clients, offering managerial, technical, and administrative services.
  3. To engage in E-Commerce/Online business locally and internationally.
  4. To establish, operate, and manage educational institutions with appropriate authority approval.

He has about thirty years’ experience with international, national NGOs, and GOs, leading programs in education, health, and EiE.

Md. Humayun Kabir

Director

He has over 30 years’ experience with national and international NGOs, specializing in program development, project management, and thematic expertise.

Dr. A K M Shamsuddin

Director

He served 30 years in health division of GOB, retiring as Director, with expertise in planning, management, training, and consultancy.

Rasd -E- Matina

Director

She has over 25 years of experience in education, specializing in curriculum design, training, and project coordination across Bangladesh.

Saroj Kumar Das

Director

He has over thirty years’ experience with government bodies and garments industries, managing grants and NGO partnerships in education and livelihoods.

Dr. Md. Mahfuzul Islam

He served 29 years in primary education, retiring as Deputy Director, with expertise in planning, management, training, and consultancy.
